it has been over a year since your last cleaning, possible treatment

and Scaling (requires anesthetic).

made for your teeth. Whitening is performed at home using whitening
gels.

Veneers
Porcelain veneers, alternatively termed dental veneers or dental
porcelain laminates, are wafer-thin shells of porcelain that
are bonded onto the front side of teeth so to create a cosmetic
improvement for a tooth. Porcelain veneers are routinely used
by our dentists as a way to make cosmetic changes for teeth
that are discolored, worn, chipped, or misaligned.

Tooth Extraction
You and our dentist may decide that you need to have
a tooth extracted for any one of a number of reasons. Some teeth
are extracted because they are severely decayed, others because
they have suffered the effects of advanced periodontal disease
("gum disease"). Some teeth need to be extracted because
they have broken in a fashion that makes it impossible to repair
them. Teeth may need to be removed because they are positioned
in the mouth inappropriately (such as impacted wisdom teeth),
or else in preparation for orthodontic treatment ("braces").
|
|
|
Dentures/Partials/Crowns/Bridges
Our dentist might recommend using artificial teeth for a variety
of reasons but, in general, most of these reasons will usually
fall within one of the following basic categories: To restore
a tooth to its original shape, To strengthen a tooth, To improve
the cosmetic appearance of a tooth, To replace extracted teeth..

|
|
Braces
By using a series of clear, removable aligners, Invisalign
straightens your teeth with results you'll notice sooner than
you think. The course of treatment involves changing aligners
approximately every two weeks, moving your teeth into straighter
position step by step, until you have a more beautiful smile.
And unlike braces, these clear aligners can be removed while
you eat and brush your teeth as usual.
|
|
|
Root Canal
This is a dental procedure to fix a tooth that cannot
be filled or restored any other way. If the tooth is severely
decayed into the nerve of the tooth and / or infected, root
canal treatment is usually the only option to save the tooth.

Tooth Colored Fillings
Most of us have had amalgam fillings (silver) or gold
filling restorations. Some amalgam fillings were what we have
called mercury fillings, as some amalgam fillings contained
mercury. Metal fillings were effective, but very conspicuous
and tended to blacken in color over time.
Composite resin dental fillings were created as an alternative
to traditional metal dental fillings. Tooth fillings colored
to look like a natural tooth are known as Composite Resin Dental
Fillings and are made of a plastic dental resin. Composite Resin
Dental Fillings are strong, durable, and make for a very natural
looking smile and are recommended by our dentists.

Dental Implants
A dental implant is a metal device designed to replace
missing teeth. The device is usually made out of titanium and
is surgically placed into the jawbone where the tooth is missing.
A dental implant is designed to act as the tooth root and can
anchor an artificial tooth or teeth such as a crown, bridge
or denture. Our dentist may work with an implant specialist
to create an implant for a missing single tooth, missing multiple
teeth, or replace a removable appliance.

Mouth Guards
Whether you are an athlete or casual sports participant, you
should wear a mouth guard to protect your teeth. If you grind
your teeth while you sleep, a bite guard will help reduce symptoms
of TMJ. We custom make mouth guards in both soft and hard materials.
